TikTok prankster banned from Vincennes University campus

VINCENNES — A TikTok stunt involving the simulation of public urination has resulted in one individual being permanently barred from Vincennes University property.

University Police initiated an investigation after receiving multiple complaints about videos circulating on the social media platform that appeared to show someone urinating on campus.

Following an investigation, VU Police determined that the individual responsible for the videos was not a registered VU student and that the act was entirely staged. Officers concluded the person used a water bottle to simulate urination, emphasizing that no actual indecent exposure or public urination occurred.

Despite no crime being committed, the individual was issued a trespass notice and is now permanently barred from the Vincennes University campus.

The incident mirrors similar “prank” videos reported at colleges nationwide, which frequently draw police attention and disciplinary action for creating disruptions or falsely depicting criminal behavior.
