BEDFORD— The Lawrence County Council has announced the cancellation of a special meeting regarding the Local Income Tax (LIT), which was initially scheduled for Monday, August 11, 2025, at 4:30 p.m.
According to a notice from the council, the meeting has been canceled “at this time” and will be rescheduled.
A new date for the special meeting has not yet been announced.
