INDIANA — Planning your next fishing trip just got easier with the launch of the new Fishing Trip Planner, an interactive online tool designed for anglers in the Indianapolis area.
The Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) developed the tool to help residents prepare for their outings on the water.
By answering a few questions about your preferences, the planner creates a personalized guide for your trip. It provides a downloadable list of recommended fishing locations, a packing checklist, helpful fishing tips, and information on nearby attractions. The goal of the tool is to make trip planning simple and help people create new memories outdoors.
