SULLIVAN CO. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a road closure for State Road 58 in Sullivan County.
Beginning on or around Monday, July 28, crews will close State Road 58 near Carlisle. This closure will occur between Cherry Street and East County Road 4 SE.
This road closure is due to an emergency repair of the railroad crossing. This project is expected to take approximately one week to complete, depending on the weather conditions.
The official detour for this project is U.S. 41 to State Road 67. Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
