BEDFORD— The City of Bedford Housing Authority will hold its regular monthly Board of Commissioners meeting on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. in the Hauck House Commons.
The agenda includes review and approval of previous meeting minutes, old business items, and written reports from staff. Executive Director updates will also be provided.
Commissioners will consider several key resolutions under new business, including:
- Resolution 701 – Revision #2 of the Capital Fund Five-Year Plan and approval of the 2025 Annual Plan
- Resolution 702 – Approval of a flooring contract for public housing units
- Resolution 703 – Porch reconstruction work at Hamilton Courts, affecting buildings 1134, 15, and unit 5A
- Resolution 704 – Exterior door replacement project at Hamilton Courts
The meeting will conclude with a public comment period, giving residents and stakeholders the opportunity to provide feedback.
The Housing Authority manages affordable housing and capital improvement projects across city properties, including Hamilton Courts and Hauck House. Meetings are open to the public.
