INDIANA – The Department of Revenue’s district offices will transition to appointment-only services, no longer allowing walk-ins.
Appointments can be scheduled online and are available Tuesdays and Thursdays starting on these dates for these locations:
- July 1: Columbus, Muncie, and Terre Haute
- Aug. 4: Bloomington, Kokomo, and Lafayette
- Sept. 1: Evansville, Fort Wayne, and South Bend
The Indianapolis, Clarksville, and Merrillville offices will continue to offer walk-in services, as well as appointments.
