WASHINGTON – A Washington, Indiana, resident has died following a two-vehicle crash that occurred Tuesday morning in Daviess County.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Judy Farren, 64, of Washington, succumbed to her injuries sustained in the collision.
Deputies responded to the scene just before 5:00 a.m. at the intersection of U.S. Highway 50 Bypass and County Road 150 South, also known as Sunnyside Road, in Washington.
Preliminary investigations suggest that the car driven by Farren collided with another vehicle within the intersection. Both drivers were transported to Daviess Community Hospital. The driver of the second car was treated for minor injuries, while Judy Farren was pronounced deceased.
