BEDFORD – A Mitchell man was arrested on a warrant following a domestic disturbance and vehicle collision on May 13, 2025.
A pregnant female stated that Green arrived at her mother’s house after receiving messages that he was communicating with a 15-year-old female. An argument ensued outside the residence, during which the pregnant woman alleged that Green pushed her against a wall with his hand and held her there, preventing her from breaking free. The other female intervened physically to separate them. The pregnant female further stated that before Green left, he yelled physical threats at the woman who intervened.
A male who was at the scene told police that Green intentionally rear-ended his vehicle with a white Dodge after he attempted to block an alley entrance to distance Green from the residence. Green then reportedly fled southbound on Mitchell Road.
Police were unable to contact Green to discuss his side of the incident. An accident report was created, and the case has been forwarded to the Prosecutor’s office for review. A warrant was issued for Green’s arrest.
A Probable Cause Affidavit outlines the initial findings and allegations that led to an arrest. Criminal charges are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
