BEDFORD—The North Lawrence Community School Corporation Board of Trustees will meet in executive session on Thursday, June 12.
The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., immediately following the regular session, which is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. It will take place at the North Lawrence Community Schools Administration Building, 460 W Street.
The board will discuss:
- To receive information about and interview prospective employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
- To discuss the job performance evaluation of individual employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(9).
- To discuss the strategy concerning initiating litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened, specifically in writing. Indiana Code § 5-14- 1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
