GREENE CO. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a road closure for State Road 59 in Greene County.
Beginning on or around Monday, May 19, crews will close State Road 59 between Linton and Sandborn and between State Road 54 and State Road 67.
This road closure will allow for a chip-and-seal road maintenance project. Depending on the weather, this project is expected to take a week to complete.
The official detour for this project is State Road 54 to State Road 67. Local traffic will have access during this project. INDOT urges drivers to slow down and stay alert near crews.
