MONTGOMERY – A Montgomery man is facing multiple felony charges following an incident that led to his arrest on Saturday.
Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies apprehended 40-year-old Jesse Ottis Brown and have charged him with residential entry, intimidation with a deadly weapon, criminal recklessness with a firearm, pointing a firearm, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, and possession of marijuana.
Brown is currently being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
No further details about the incident that led to the arrest have been released.
Those arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
