- Public Hearing for Trustees of First Church of God, 3131 W 16th St. They request a Minor Subdivision of one of their parcels. Sectioning off 0.59 +/- acre from parcel SEC 15 TWP 5 R1W 2.29A N CENT PT SW SW SW or 47-06-15-300-047.000-010. Travis Norman to speak.
- Public hearing for GFC Properties – Derek George. They request to rezone 527 East 15th St., formerly the Rivers Edge Church, from R-2 to B-1. They wish to open a Monument Company and Funeral Home Branch at this location.
New Business:
- Preliminary Hearing for Dale Lynn Mikels, 403 Bellback Road. She requests a Minor Subdivision of 403 Bellback Road to make it into two parcels. The current parcel is 4.91 acres and is zoned I-2. She requests to section out a 260’ by 260’ or 1.5 acres +/- from the original parcel. Travis Norman to speak.
