North Lawrence Community School Board will meet on Thursday, May 15

BEDFORD – The North Lawrence Community School Board of Trustees will hold an executive session and a regular session on Thursday, May 15.

The executive session meeting will immediately follow the regular session, which will begin at 6:00 p.m.

Both meetings will be held in the North Lawrence Community Schools Administration Building at 460 W Street.

Subjects of the executive session include:

1. To discuss the strategy concerning the initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened, specifically in writing. Indiana Code § 5-14- 1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
2. To receive information about and interview prospective employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
3. To discuss the job performance evaluation of individual employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(9).
