INDIANA – Indiana Governor Mike Braun is set to deliver his first State of the State Address tonight at 7 p.m. before a joint session of the Indiana General Assembly in the House of Representatives Chamber.
1340 AM WBIW will air the State Address on air, online or use the tune in app and look for WBIW.

Braun, sworn in just ten days ago as the state’s 52nd governor, will outline his legislative priorities for the coming year.
The centerpiece of his address will be a proposal to overhaul Indiana’s property tax system, a plan he will present to lawmakers before they begin deliberating on the issue. Governor Braun is expected to advocate for reforms that address the state’s tax structure, which he has said needs modernization to serve Hoosiers better.
The State of the State Address will serve as a key moment in setting the tone for Braun’s first year in office and will provide an early indication of the legislative battles in 2025.
