BEDFORD- The Bedford Redevelopment Commission met February 8 and a main point of discussion was updates on the shell building. It will be constructed on a 14-acre site on Doc Hamilton Boulevard. The industrial park is close to Ind. 37 and Lehigh Cement, which is in the final stretch of a $600M modernization that will double its production capacity.
