BEDFORD – Yesterday, October 10, a public hearing was held at the Planning Commission for William Howe.
The Planning Commission approved Howe’s request to subdivide his property located at 2319 & 2321 Mitchell Road in Bedford. William requested to subdivide the property into two separate parcels to sell one half.
In the future, the parcels will respectively be comprised of the current location of Copy Trolley, and the Midwest Park & Sell Car lot.
Howe intends to sell the portion that currently houses the Copy Trolley building after the lot is split.
