BEDFORD – A Bedford man was arrested on drug charges after an Indiana State Police trooper received tips that 46-year-old Richard Caswell was dealing and in possession of methamphetamine.
On Thursday, September 21, a search warrant was requested and granted for Caswell’s home at 327 S Street in Bedford.
The warrant was served at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 22. When police arrived they found three people inside the home including Caswell.
In Caswell’s bedroom police found approximately 12 grams of meth, drug paraphernalia, marijuana, three digital scales, and several small zip bags and a syringe.
Caswell was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine – more than 10 grams, unlawful possession of a syringe, possession of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
