Phyllis Laverne England, 86, of Springville went to be with her husband and Jesus at 3:04 pm on Friday, March 6, 2026, at her residence.
Born December 16,1939 in Bedford, IN, she was the daughter of Andrew and Violet (Smith) Robbins. She married Larry Dean England on September 21, 1956, and he preceded her in death on July 4, 2025. She was a member of the Tunnel Hill Pentecostal Church, Oolitic Trinity Pentecostal Church and Grace Full Gospel Church. She was a homemaker, and could do just about anything, from plumbing to farming, all while raising her children and supporting her husband. She loved God and her family with her whole heart.
Survivors include one son, Michael England and wife Julie of Springville; two grandchildren, Amber England, and Jesse England; great-grandchildren, Ethan and wife Riley, Ryder, Delila and Atlas; one great great-grandson, Dallas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Debbie Blackburn, two sisters and two brothers.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 12th in the Elmwood Chapel of the Day & Carter Mortuary with Pastors Justin Berger and Marty Speer officiating. Burial will follow in Hilltop Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11th at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
