MITCHELL — The City of Mitchell has launched a new official website aimed at making municipal services more accessible to residents.
City officials said the redesigned site is intended to be user-friendly and to provide a centralized place for information and services. Features include an “Online Bill Pay” option that allows residents to pay water bills conveniently, as well as an online application for starting new water service.
The website also offers an ACH form for setting up automatic recurring payments, helping customers manage their accounts with ease. In addition, a dedicated events page keeps residents informed about upcoming city activities and programs.
