BEDFORD – The North Lawrence Community Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, January 15th.
The rescheduled re-organizational meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m., followed by a finance committee meeting at 6:10 p.m. The board will meet in a regular session at 6:15 p.m., followed by an executive session at approximately 7:15 p.m.
The meetings will take place at the North Lawrence Community Schools Administration Building at 460 W Street.
The subjects of the executive session are below:
- To receive information about and interview prospective employees. Indiana Code
§ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5). - To discuss the job performance evaluation of individual employees. Indiana Code
§ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9). - To discuss the purchase or lease of real property by the governing body up to the
time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties as
authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D). - To have communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney-client
privilege. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(19).
