BLOOMINGTON — Bloomington Parks and Recreation is making a final call for public input as it prepares to complete its next five-year master plan, a document that will guide decisions on spending, facilities, programs, and long-term priorities.
The department is encouraging residents to share ideas, priorities, and feedback to help shape how public resources are invested while maintaining fiscal responsibility. The master plan is intended to reflect Bloomington’s culture, values, and evolving community needs, while also outlining improvements to parks, recreational facilities, and services.
