INDIANAPOLIS – David M. Findlay, chairman and CEO of Lake City Bank, Warsaw, and its holding company, Lakeland Financial Corporation, has taken his seat as 2026 chairman of the Indiana Bankers Association Board of Directors.

Findlay is active as a board member with organizations including the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, OrthoWorx, Orthopedic Capital Foundation, AcceLINX, the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, Trine University and Parkview Health. He is also on the advisory board for Centerfield Capital Partners.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University and is a member of the IBA’s 2019 class of Leaders in Banking Excellence, the Association’s highest honor.
