BEDFORD – The North Lawrence Community School Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, January 15, 2026.
The meeting will take place at the NLCS Administration Building at 460 W Street.
A re-organizational meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. followed by a finance committee meeting at 6:10 p.m.
The regular session will begin at 6:15 p.m. Following the regular session the board will meet in an executive session at 7:15 p.m.
Subjects of the executive session are listed below:
- To receive information about and interview prospective employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
- To discuss the job performance evaluation of individual employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9).
- To discuss the purchase or lease of real property by the governing body up to the time a contract or option to purchase or lease is executed by the parties as authorized by Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(D).
- To have communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney client privilege. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(19).
