Edward Vaughn Moore, 68, of Bedford, passed away December 29, 2025, at his residence.
He was born on July 12, 1957, in Columbus, Indiana, to Freeda Moore and the late Cecil Vaughn Moore.
Edward worked in retail for Rural King, where he was known for his friendly nature. He was an avid sportsman who enjoyed fishing and shooting, often finding peace and enjoyment in the outdoors.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his son, Bradley (Cheryl) Moore; mother, Freeda Moore; siblings, Roger D. Moore, Carolyn E. Meza, Phyllis (Barry) Warriner, Steven L. (Tamera) Moore, and Brian K. Moore; three grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death are his father, Cecil Vaughn, and brother-in-law, Joe Meza.
Cremation was chosen, with no services at this time.
A graveside service will be held at a later date at Free Union Cemetery in Columbia Kentucky.
