SEYMOUR — JCBank recently announced the promotion of two seasoned Treasury Management Officers. These appointments reflect JCBank’s dedication to internal talent development and strategic growth.

Ashley Abner has been promoted to Vice President, Treasury Management Leader. Abner steps into this role after 17 years in banking, including seven years at JCBank. Abner will oversee the
Treasury Management sales strategy and support operations, melding the latest banking technologies with local service. Since joining JCBank in 2018, Abner has served on Leadership Bartholomew County and the Carl Marshall & Mildred Almen Reeves Foundation; she is also a Columbus Rotary Club Board Member and Program Chairperson.

Robert Speight has been promoted to Commercial Banker, Treasury Management Officer, bringing nearly three decades of banking expertise to the role. A Hoosier native, Speight’s banking career includes pivotal roles as Licensed Financial Specialist, Banking Center Manager, and Business Banking Leader, equipping him with frontline experience across retail and commercial operations. Beyond banking, Speight dedicates time to mentorship as a middle school group leader at Victory Christian Church in Franklin, Indiana, is a member of the Clark Pleasant Ambassador Academy, and has served eight years as board treasurer of A New Way of Lif Ministries.
