INDIANAPOLIS – On Monday, Dec. 8 at 9:30 a.m. ET, former US Senator and Ambassador to the Holy See Joe Donnelly (D-Ind.) will join Democratic Indiana legislators to rally against mid-cycle congressional redistricting.
This rally will occur the same day that HB 1032, the redistricting bill, is expected to receive its first reading by the Indiana Senate followed by a committee hearing the same afternoon. The Indiana Senate is expected to meet for session at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 8 and the Senate Elections Committee is expected to meet at 1:30 p.m.
The event will be held at the Indiana Statehouse at 200 West Washington Street in Indianapolis on Floor 2 in the North Atrium.
