BEDFORD – Bedford North Lawrence senior Sammie Gratzer was named to the Hoosier Hills Conference First Team by the league coaches.
Gratzer powered the offense for the Stars as a middle hitter. BNL finished with a 15-15 record, including 2-4 in the conference. Floyd Central won its fourth straight league title.
BNL senior Sara Williams, a defensive specialist on the back row, was named Honorable Mention.
