Donnie Phillips, 67, of Bedford, passed away at 1:52 p.m. on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at IU Health Bedford Hospital.
Born August 20, 1958, in Lawrence Co., he was the son of R.C. and Norma (Neely) Phillips. He loved children, his family, and his dogs. He was generous with a heart of gold.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Patricia; a sister, Lou Phillips; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by sisters, Shirley Flynn (Anthony), and Wilma Faye Phillips (Charles); a brother, Roger Phillips (Carla).
No services are planned. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
