BLOOMINGTON — The Indiana State Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 37-year-old Spencer woman who has been reported missing.
Authorities said Heather E. Blackwell was last seen on Wednesday, Sept. 17, near the Shalom Community Center on South Walnut Street in Bloomington.
A missing persons investigation has been opened, and police are urging anyone with information on Blackwell’s whereabouts to contact the Bloomington Post of the Indiana State Police at (812) 332-4411.
No additional details were immediately released.
