Lawrence County Republicans to hold caucus for Spice Valley Township Advisory Board

WILLIAMS — The Lawrence County Republican Central Committee will hold a caucus on Wednesday, September 24, to fill the vacated Spice Valley Township Advisory Board position. The position became available following the resignation of Tangie Spreen due to scheduling conflicts.

Republican Party Chairman Chase Cummings will chair the caucus, which will be a closed event with attendance limited to precinct committeemen, candidates, and individuals designated by the County Chairman.

Interested Republican candidates must be in good standing and submit their Indiana CEB-5 and CAN-12 forms to Chairman Cummings by Sunday, September 21, at 6:00 p.m. All precinct committeemen within Spice Valley Township are eligible to vote. If a precinct committeeman is unable to attend, their vice-precinct committeeman may cast a proxy vote, but only if the necessary PX-1 Form is submitted before the caucus begins.

The caucus will take place at the Williams Volunteer Fire Department, located at 33 Hendricks St in Williams, IN 47470, starting at 6:00 p.m.
