INDIANA — The Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD) has launched a new Top Jobs web portal designed to help Hoosiers find in-demand jobs across the state. The portal features updated data on high-demand occupations, allowing users to search by metro area or county.

Users can refine their search results by education level, salary range, and career cluster. A “Demand Outlook” feature, rated with one to five stars, provides an at-a-glance view of how in-demand a particular job is.
For job seekers, the portal provides several helpful resources. Search results can be sorted by salary, job title, and demand. Each job listing includes links to current postings on Indiana Career Connect, information on where to find training for specific roles, and short videos about the occupation.
