MITCHELL- The City of Mitchell Common Council will meet in a Special Meeting on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mitchell City Hall, 407 S. 6th Street, Mitchell, Indiana, for the following purposes:
- To award construction contracts for the OOR Housing Rehabilitation Grant.
