BEDFORD — The North Lawrence Community Schools (NLCS) Board of School Trustees has announced a special executive session for Thursday, August 14, 2025. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m., immediately following the board’s regular session, which starts at 6:00 p.m.
The executive session, which is not open to the public, will be held at the North Lawrence Community Schools Administration Building at 460 W Street in Bedford.
According to a public notice issued by Board President Adam Parsley, the session will cover four specific topics as permitted by Indiana law:
- Discussion of strategy related to collective bargaining.
- Receiving information about and interviewing prospective employees.
- Discussing the job performance evaluation of individual employees.
- Engaging in communications with an attorney that are subject to the attorney-client privilege.
