The investigation by the Seymour Police Department began on June 13, 2025, after patrol officers received a report of a female juvenile who had allegedly been sexually assaulted over several years.

Investigators conducted interviews and gathered additional information, which led to the identification of two more victims.

As a result of their findings, investigators arrested Jolly on three counts of child molesting, all classified as Class A felonies, and an additional fifteen counts of child molesting, Level 1 felonies.

Jolly has been transported to the Jackson County Jail, where he is being held pending an initial hearing.

Those facing criminal charges are considered innocent until proven guilty through due legal proceedings. Accusations alone do not imply guilt; the judicial system will evaluate the presented evidence to reach a verdict.
