BEDFORD— The Bedford Stars 11/12-year-old Little League team secured their fifth consecutive District 12 Major Division championship Monday night in Martinsville, earning a return trip to the Indiana State Tournament later this month.

“We are very proud of the players on this team,” said Coach Mark Sears. “They all listened, stayed focused, and contributed to winning another district title. We are looking forward to competing in the state tournament next week.”
