Sally Ann Bullock, 86, of Oolitic, passed away Thursday, July 3, 2025, at I.U. Health Hospital in Bedford. She was born on May 16, 1939, in Bedford to Michael and Minnie Lantz Drehobl. She married James “Jim” Bullock; they were married for 60 years, and he preceded her in death on February 5, 2022.
Sally retired from North Lawrence Joint Services and was a graduate of Bedford High School. She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church and enjoyed gardening, crocheting, and spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Surviving to cherish Sally’s memory are her sons, Mike (Denise) Bullock and Mark (Rita) Bullock, both of Brownsburg and Kevin (Kathleen) Bullock of Oolitic; grandchildren, Katie (Dan) Cannon of Evansville, Leah (Griffin) O’Gara of Indianapolis, Nathan Bullock of Chicago, Kristine (Connor) Rhein of Plainfield, Richie Bullock of Indianapolis, Sarah Bullock of Oolitic and Olivia Bullock of Indianapolis; two great grandchildren, Graham O’Gara and Caden Cannon; along with several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Sally in death are her husband, Jim; parents, Michael and Minnie Drehobl; and sister, Sherry Underwood.
A memorial service will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church of Bedford on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 10:00 am with Fr. Jegan Peter and Deacon David Reising officiating. The Rosary will be prayed at Ferguson-Lee Chapel, also on Saturday, at 9:30 am.
