BEDFORD – The Board of Trustees of the North Lawrence Community Schools Building Corporation will hold a meeting on Thursday, July 17, at 4:00 p.m. at the NLCS Administration Building, located at 460 W. Street, in Bedford.
The primary purpose of this meeting is to approve the form of the Lease Agreement and the form of Trust Indenture and Issuance of Bonds.
Immediately following this meeting, the North Lawrence Community Schools Board of Trustees will hold an Executive Session at 7:00 p.m. on the same day, July 17. This executive session will take place at the same location, the North Lawrence Community Schools Administration Building.
The executive session is scheduled to follow the regular session of the NLCS Board of School Trustees, which is set to begin at 6:00 p.m..
According to the public notice issued by Adam Parsley, President of the North Lawrence Community Schools Board of Trustees, the executive session will cover two main subjects:
- To receive information about and interview prospective employees, as per Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
- To discuss the job performance evaluation of individual employees, as per Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(9).
