What is a recall?

This can be achieved by repairing it, replacing it, offering a refund for the equipment, or, in rare cases, repurchasing the car.

If your vehicle is included in this recall, you must have it repaired as soon as possible, as there is a potential danger to you and your passengers if it remains unaddressed. You should receive a separate letter from the vehicle manufacturer, notifying you of the recall, explaining when the remedy will be available, advising whom to contact for repair, and reminding you that the repair will be done at no charge.
