SWITZ CITY – Greene County officials have announced that there will be no county-wide curbside debris pickup following recent events, citing limitations in manpower and financial resources.
Residents are advised to transport their debris directly to the Greene County Recycling Center at 4316 W Base Road, Switz City, Indiana. The facility is open Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The recycling center will accept trees, limbs, metal, and plant life. However, tires will not be accepted.
