Request from LNL Empire Group – Revere’s Food & Fuel for a Variance from Developmental Standards. They are requesting a variance to add 48 square feet to an existing sign that received a variance on 4/1/2014 to be 144 square feet and 50 feet tall. The sign is located on a parcel that is addressed 3520 16th St. This would be an address correction from the original variance received in 2014. The address used then was 3714 W. 16th, a different parcel.
