LAWRENCE CO. – Good news for residents on Boyd Lane, the Lawrence County Highway Department has announced that paving operations are a go for today, Wednesday, April 30th. This paving project requires closing the road to through traffic.
Highway Superintendent Brian Sowder states that crews will work on Boyd Lane from State Road 58 to Stars Boulevard between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The weather cooperates with the planned work.
Looking ahead, Superintendent Sowder also announced that paving is tentatively scheduled for Tripleton Pike, from State Road 158 to Maul Ridge Road, tomorrow.
As with the Boyd Lane project, this depends on favorable weather conditions.
