PRINCETON – Johnathan Fiscus, the son accused of murdering his father in Gibson County, has been extradited to Indiana.
He was booked into the Gibson County Jail just before 4:00 p.m. on Monday, according to jail records.
The Indiana State Police are investigating the death of Brad Fiscus, who was discovered deceased in his home in the 300 block of West Dales Street in Oakland City on Thursday, April 24.
That afternoon, the Oakland City Police Department received a request to conduct a welfare check at the Dale Street address. When officers arrived, they discovered Brad Fiscus dead.
The investigation led to murder charges being filed against his son, Johnathan Fiscus, who was subsequently apprehended in Edgar County, Illinois.
