Upon arrival, Sgt. Crulo made contact with Shannon Rishforth, 47, who reportedly made statements about her sister’s murder, someone screaming at her, threats to her life, federal involvement, and being watched from a tree.

While speaking with Rishforth, Sgt. Crulo also made contact with her mother, who had called to request that Rishforth be removed from the property. Rishforth’s mother informed Sgt. Crulo, that she had a valid protection order against her daughter. Dispatch confirmed the order was active and had been served on June 4, 2024.
