BEDFORD- The City of Bedford Board of Public Works and Safety will meet in Special Sessions on
Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. at the StoneGate Arts and Education Center located at 931
15th Street, Bedford, Indiana, for the following purposes:
5:30 p.m. Special Meeting:
With respect to any individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction: (A) to
receive information concerning the individual’s alleged misconduct; and (B) to discuss,
before a determination, the individual’s status as an employee. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-
6.1(b)(6)
6:30 p.m. Special Meeting:
To make a determination whether to uphold or reverse the Police Chief’s decision to reprimand officer pursuant to Indiana Code § 36-8-3-4.1(b).
