- Preliminary Hearing for Bimal “Bobby” Dhall, Sunoco Gas Station, 2507 16th St, Bedford, IN, requesting a special exception permit to build a new fuel station/convenience store on the lot behind the existing gas station. The Planning Commission heard the matter on April 8, 2025, and a motion was passed to move the matter to the Zoning Board for a public hearing.
