ORANGE CO. – Four juveniles were cited for minor consumption of alcohol following a single-vehicle crash on State Road 37 near Paoli on Thursday evening, February 20th.
Indiana State Trooper Leah Schnell responded to the scene and found a vehicle that had crashed into a tree. Emergency personnel extracted the four juveniles from the car, and all were transported to IU Health Hospital in Paoli for treatment. One juvenile was later transferred to the University of Louisville Hospital due to the extent of their injuries.
Following the investigation, all four juveniles were issued summons to appear in court on a charge of minor consumption of alcohol.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Crawford County EMS, local fire departments, and Magner’s Towing assisted at the scene.
