MARENGO– Two Marengo residents were arrested on Saturday, Feb. 1, following a domestic disturbance at an apartment complex. Indiana State Trooper Kayla Denk-Mundy and Crawford County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the scene and spoke with Brandy McCutcheon, 44, and Robert Satterfield, 43.
During the interaction, officers noted signs of intoxication and evidence suggesting an altercation had taken place. Both individuals were reportedly loud and uncooperative. As officers attempted to handcuff McCutcheon, she resisted and had to be forcibly restrained. Even after being placed in a patrol car, McCutcheon continued to be disruptive, screaming and kicking the vehicle’s interior.
McCutcheon and Satterfield were arrested and transported to the Crawford County Jail.
McCutcheon faces charges of intimidation, a Level 6 felony; domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor; resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor; disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor; and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor.
Satterfield faces charges of intimidation, a Level 6 felony, disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor.
