Donald Charles Howell, 62, of Williams passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021, at 11:10 a.m. at IU Health in Bedford.
He was born on February 24, 1959, in Coshocton, Ohio to Robert D. Howell, Sr., and Margaret (Craun) Howell. He was a graduate of Loogootee High School, and a US Navy veteran, he worked at Elliott Stone Company and Polycor.
Survivors include three children, James Robert Howell and wife Hannah of Bedford, Joshua Levi Howell of Virginia, and Amie Howell-Popovich and husband Mike of Delaware, his mother, Margaret Howell of Bedford, one sister, Dianna Ragsdale and husband Cecil of Shoals, eight grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert D. Howell, Sr. two brothers, Robert D. Howell, Jr. and Daniel Howell
Cremation was chosen.
Celebration of Life will be at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, January 15th, at StoneCrest Golf Clubhouse. This will be an open service to all who would like to attend with a meal to follow.
