BEDFORD – A Bedford woman complained of neck pain after striking a concrete culvert and another vehicle in the 300 block of State Road 458.
According to a Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department report, on December 22, at 9:06 p.m., 40-year-old Amanda Colvin was traveling north on State Road 458 in a 2020 Toyota when she drove left of the center line and struck a concrete culvert in a driveway and then a 2022 Ford Fusion parked in the driveway.
The homeowner Darren Waggoner told police he was inside his house when he heard a loud crash and saw a white van in the driveway and it appeared to be upside down.
