Bedford Redevelopment Commission approves payments to Indianapolis law firm

BEDFORD – During the Bedford Redevelopment Commission meeting, the board members were able to swiftly move through the agenda.

There were two separate requests from Barnes & Thornburg, in Indianapolis. The first request was for payment regarding services provided in a telephone call with Mayor Sam Craig reviewing the use of TIF funds. The second payment request was in reference to a conference call in regards to land acquisition.

The request for the call with Mayor Craig and the review of the use of the TIF totaled $290, and the request for the conference call and correspondence totaled $290. The two requests in total work out to be $580.

Both requests were approved by the commission members, before adjourning.
